My wife and would like to express our complete and utter satisfaction with the new patio
your company has recently completed for us. Your team were always very hard working,
professional, courteous, quiet and always tidied up at the end of the day's work. The work
was carried out in a fully professional manner and to a high standard.

The colours in the stone when damp or wet really show through and make it (the patio) come
alive.I am more than happy to recommend you to anyone who cares to ask. In fact there
have been one or two enquiries from people at my work already. We would not hesitate to
use you again should we have need of your company's skills and expertise.

We have yet to hold a patio party to show to friends and neighbours - that relies on the
weather a bit, and also to lay in a new supply of tea! I hope the boys are enjoying their
holiday and we look forward to seeing them back for a couple of days soon. I have not had a
reply from Brackenwood yet and have just sent them a e-mail pointing out their tardiness in
fairly strong terms. As soon as I hear from them I will let you know.

I have attached some "before and after" photos for you to use if you wish, mostly "after",
"before" was too embarrassing to photograph much.

We would like to confirm our delight and thank you for the magnificent transformation to our
back garden. Removing the old swimming pool, landscaping including patios, a retaining wall
and other excellent brickwork.

With the contours of the land, it was not a straightforward job but you were very helpful with
ideas and we appreciate the amount of time you spent at the design stage. Earlier in the year
you created a new driveway for us, which was carried out with military precision and to our
great satisfaction. The garden was radically improved in the same way. (We have attached
some photos).
You and your team were incredibly hard working and always very pleasant. Nothing was too
much trouble for any of you. We have no hesitation in recommending your work and if we
require any building work in the future, we will certainly be in touch.
